SHOE LUST: Zara's Tiger Wedge

Hi DOLLS!-

I need these shoes in my life!!  They are made of 100% cow leather and have a very unique texture. They are a great alternative to the standard leopard or zebra print.  These tiger print shoes would also look striking day or night.  Pair with a sleek fitted black cocktail dress and gold hardware in the evening OR denim and a vintage tee to add a funky factor in the daytime!  Either way, this shoe is gorg.

New York Fashion Week: Betsey Johnson RTW 2013

Print Micro Mini Shirt Dress

FISHNET to fuse edginess and sexy

I want these high-waisted back pants!

I love the crimped hair, leopard print and fun pack...think 80s meet Clueless!
Accessories add definition to any piece!

Flawless Makeup Face

Minnie Mouse Chic
Love the lace knee-highs mixed with the sparkly peep toes!

Be Bold: Mix Colors! (But keep the accessory colors in the same family)
The Perfect Fun and Flirty Cocktail Dress!  STAND OUT: This is also a great alternative for a prom dress!
Dazzle in Black Sheer and Multicolored Jewels! Great Combination.

I have always loved Betsey Johnson and her fun collections, so when I saw a preview of the Spring 2013 RTW collection on The Wendy Williams Show, I knew it was gonna be good!  Her collection was full of feminine frills and gaudy hardware mixed with nostalgic pieces and print, sheer and lace. When I heard of Betsey's bankruptcy, I feared that her clothing would be lack-luster and generically manufactured; however, I was reassured of Betsey's influence and commitment to quirky creativity when I saw her 2013 collection.  Although some pieces, I would not wear and borderline looking cheap.. Overall, I love her fun and eccentric clothing and lifestyle!  What are your thoughts?  Which pieces are your favorite?

Miley's New Attitude!

Model Agyness Dean

Soooooo, I'm backk and Miley's got a new do!  Miley chopped off her hair and got a new attitude.  She's channeling her inner rocker chicness.  But to me she looks like a softer Agyness Deyn!  What do you think of her new look?

Amanda Seyfried for Glamour

"You learn very quickly what people are so enamored with, and it's not necessarily me." [Amanda Seyfried on dating]  {Lovee her Versace dress!}
"I feel like I don't have much to hide...I feel kind of...normal." {Balmain tank}
"It's like a rite of passage to be single for a long time when you're an adult in your twenties or thirties." {J Brand shorts and 3.1 Phillip Lim tank}

"No, I do drink! I love whiskey.  Tequila is great.  But I don't do drugs because I'm afraid of them, thank God." {Christian Louboutin heels}

"There's definitely social stress...it's really exhausting to fake it all the time.  That's why I don't go out that much." {Prada bodysuit and Jimmy Choo pumps}

Amanda Seyfried is the cover girl for the March issue of Glamour.  I have loved her ever since she played the ditsy "weather" girl in Mean Girls.  She's also known for her roles in Les Miserables, Dear John with Channing Tatum and her new movie, Gone.  Not only is she a great young actress, but she's also really honest and down-to-earth.  In this issue, the 26-year-old talks to Jada Yuan about her newly single life, fears of being promiscuous and her making friends with the Hollywood competition.  Her biggest role is yet to come where she takes on the infamous Linda Lovelace.  I can't wait to see more of Amanda Seyfried!

Style Hit or Miss: RIHANNA

Recently, Rihanna was spotted leaving a hotel in London wearing an "interesting" ensemble.  Lots of denim, spiked shorts, a Dream Team snapback, Ray-Bans and Christian Louboutin Sea.nn Girl thigh high boots ($3, 795).  I must admit I love her style, especially these thigh high boots; however I would NOT rock this denim-on-denim look. One thing is undeniable: Rihanna is F-I-E-R-C-E! Do you think Rhianna's look is a style hit or miss??

Try the lolita makeup look
Rock a smokey eye or thick, black eyeliner...
...and dark burgundy lips.

The ultimate party dress
Sequins, leather and fur!
Love love love the leather shorts with the knee high stockings
The print and structure of this dress is breathtaking.
Luxe + Casual wear in monochromatic tones
The sweater and skirt are must-haves and are great separates to mix n match
This dress and lace gloves scream MEEE!
Brocade dresses speak for themselves.  So timeless and elegant!

Because I am a self proclaimed vixen and I love lolita inspired looks, I fell in love with Stacey Bendet's Alice + Olivia 2012 collection at NYFW.  Her collection is filled with leather, fur, sequins, bouclé, jacquard embroidery, brocades and prints.  The inspiration for the look was said to be reminiscent of a 'Lolita attending a dinner party'.  Stacey describes it best, “This season she’s a sexy, rebellious Lolita-inspired vixen who can also play the charming innocent schoolgirl.”  Which look is your fave??

MARCHESA red lace

Rachel McAdams in MARCHESA red lace

Stacey Kiebler and Taylor Momsen in MARCHESA

Front Row at MARCHESA NYFW 2012: Petra Nemcova, Bar Rafaeli, Stacey Keibler, Adeperi Oduye, Jenna Tatum (Channing Tatum's wife), Taylor Momsen

Marchesa designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig created beautifully unique gowns at New York Fashion Week 2012 at The Plaza Hotel. Although all of their gowns were stunning, Marchesa's RED LACE was most memorable.  I can't wait to see more celebs in this red hot look!  Pair with natural makeup, pale pink lips and a bold, gold shimmery eye for a sultry appeal.  Stun in MARCHESA red lace!
